What Happens Within Yoga Mandala

Yoga Mandala is built around four simple ideas:

  1. A man kneels spreading a blanket over a mat while a woman crouches beside him and three people stand talking behind them in the studio.01Connect
  2. Seen from behind a seated audience, a lit projection screen at the far end of a covered yard.02Learn
  3. Two people work together on a third, one with a hand at her shoulders and the other at her mid-back, while two more watch from the floor.03Collaborate
  4. A teacher works with one student in the middle of the hall while the rest of the class stands on their mats watching.04Share
